Devote Refund & Return Policy

At Devote, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

 


1. Exchange & Return Policy 

International customers can request an exchange for a subsidised shipping and handling fee of $25 AUD.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item.

IMPORTANT NOTE : If your Requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or size related returns

2. Change of Mind or Size Exchange

If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, you can return your item for an exchange or store credit, provided it meets our Return Conditions (see below).

  • The customer is responsible for covering shipping and handling costs when returning an item for change of mind or size.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or size-related returns.

  • Once we receive and approve your return, you may choose to receive a replacement item or a Gift Card for store credit.

  • Until your return is received by our facility, the item(s) remain your responsibility.


 

3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

  • Items must be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, washing detergent, or any other scent.

  • Items must be free of make-up, tanning products, glitter, pet hair, or other marks.

  • Boxed or sealed items must be unopened with the seal intact.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


4. Faulty Item Policy

At Devote, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within  14 days of purchase at support@devotestore.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your case, and if the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will:

  • Provide an exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability), or

  • Offer a store credit if the item is no longer available.

Items reported after the 14 -day period will not be eligible for return, exchange, or credit under this policy.


5. Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you may exchange it for a different size or item.
We’ll send your exchange item as soon as your return is processed.

  • Please note that we cannot hold stock for exchanges. Sending your return promptly helps ensure product availability.

  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit instead.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanged items.


6. Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our Return Conditions, we will issue your store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

  • Store credit will be sent to the original email address associated with your order (please check spam/junk folders).

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

  • Please note that any discount codes applied to your original purchase will not be included in your store credit value.
