Devote Shipping Policy

At Devote, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read through our shipping details carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Fulfilment

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday between 9am and 4:45pm AEST & Saturday between 9am-11:45am AEST

From there, shipping timelines will depend on the destination of the order placed.

All orders (domestic and international) are shipped with Australia Post, and can be tracked here.

 note that this excludes major sale events such as Black Friday, where dispatch times may be extended due to high order volumes.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

For all customers within Australia, we offer two convenient shipping options — Standard and Express.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days

  • Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 AUD

  • Please note: Free shipping does not apply during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday).

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days

  • Cost: $15 AUD

3. International Shipping

For customers outside of Australia, Devote offers Standard International Shipping only.

Standard International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–27 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

  • Cost: $25 AUD

Please note that international delivery times can vary based on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local postal services. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Additional Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

  • Devote is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applied by your country’s customs office.

  • Delivery delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Devote.
