Garment Care

• Cold machine wash inside out
• Wash with similar colours
• Use mild detergent
• Do not bleach or tumble dry
• Hang dry in the shade
• Do not iron directly over embroidery
• Cool iron on reverse if required
• Do not dry clean

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday between 9am and 4:45pm AEST & Saturday between 9am-11:45am AEST

From there, shipping timelines will depend on the destination of the order placed.

All orders (domestic and international) are shipped with Australia Post, and can be tracked here.

Please note: Due to the limited production run of our Serbian Hoodies, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

If you order the wrong size, we can offer store credit only once the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.



To qualify for a return or exchange (excluding Serbian collection), your item must meet all of the following criteria:

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

• Items must be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, washing detergent, or any other scent.

• Items must be free of make-up, tanning products, glitter, pet hair, or other marks.

• Boxed or sealed items must be unopened with the seal intact.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
